Wave 1: your own clients, no discount
The offer goes to clients who are due based on their visit history, and to the waiting list. Messages require consent.
Wave 2: the rest of your clients, with a discount
Only if the slot stays empty does the offer go to the rest of your clients with the slot's discount. If someone books it, this wave is cancelled. Consent is required here too.
The price never falls below your minimum
A 9,000 ₸ service with a 25 % discount costs 6,750 ₸, with your minimum set at 6,500 ₸. You see the final price before opening the slot. It never falls below the minimum you set for the service.
“Who's due” uses each client's visit history
Oknow uses visit intervals to forecast the next 14 days, with an explanation and confidence level. With at least 20 clients who have 3 or more visits each, it shows accuracy on your own database: the share within ±7 days. Otherwise, it says there is too little data.
We count extra revenue without overstating it
The report separates revenue from links from a rough estimate of extra revenue. A booking through a link does not prove the message brought that client back.

Comparison group
A random share of eligible clients gets no offer: about 15 % by default. You can change the share or turn the group off for a launch. We compare bookings from clients who got the offer with those who did not.

Only the difference against the comparison group. We show a rough estimate with a range. If the comparison group has fewer than 10 people, we show “not enough data” instead of a number.
Your Instagram link shows only you, with no other salons
Add oknow.online/aigerim to your Instagram bio. Clients choose a service and time, then leave a name and phone number without signing up. Only you see these details. Your page has no other salons or catalogue. It works even if you are hidden from the catalogue. A QR code and story image are included.

Oknow prepares the text and a personal link. Copy them and send from your WhatsApp only to clients who consented. Every message has an opt-out link. Limit: one offer per business every 7 days. No sending from 21:00 to 09:00 Astana time.

Yes, new clients book your regular free time. Slots you open manually go to your client list by link, not the catalogue. Enable “Auto-publish free slots” in your schedule: gaps automatically become discounted slots on Nearby, priced at or above the service minimum.
