Choose a category, service or nearby specialist. Their page shows prices and free times.
Sign in and choose a time
Sign in with a code sent by e-mail, no password needed. Add your phone number before your first booking. Your chosen time is held for 10 minutes during booking.
Wait for the specialist to confirm
Specialists often confirm requests manually. Open Bookings in the app to see whether you are waiting for a reply or your booking is confirmed.
Flash slots with a discount and a timer
A flash slot is free time at a discount. You can see it via a personal link from your specialist or in a block on Nearby if they enable auto-publishing. Both prices come from their price list. The timer shows how long the offer lasts.

For specialists: empty slots go to your own clients first
Open a slot in three taps for clients who are due and those on the waitlist. If it stays empty, offer it to the rest of your client list at a discount, never below your minimum price.

How do I pay the specialist?
You pay the specialist directly. Oknow does not accept payments for services.
How do I cancel if my plans change?
Free cancellation is available until the later of these two times: 3 hours before your visit or 30 minutes after you book. You can also cancel after that, with no penalty. That cancellation is recorded in your history.

What services can I find?
